Return Policy:
Serenity Wig Salon does not offer refunds or exchanges on any wig purchases at Serenity Wig Salon. This policy is clearly displayed at the salon's reception desk. However, if a wig is found to be genuinely defective, we will provide a replacement based upon our professional assessment. Returns for any other reason will not be accepted.
New Wig Repair Policy
Clients have up to six months to bring in their wig for complimentary adjustments necessary to ensure the initial fit. These adjustments may include adding hair to the hairline, fit modifications, or other fit adjustments. Any repairs needed due to client-related damage or modifications beyond the initial fit will be the client’s responsibility.

New Wig Cut Policy
We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your new wig! With your purchase, you’ll receive two complimentary wig cuts, which can be used anytime within six months. If you’d like additional cutting beyond that, we’re happy to help—pricing will be based on the amount of cutting needed.
New Wig Color Policy
We’re here to ensure your wig looks its best! Clients can make color adjustments, such as toning or adding highlights, within six months of purchasing their wig, at no extra charge. If you’d like a complete color change, or any color adjustments after six months after purchase, there will be an additional fee to cover the cost of those changes.

What's Included With your New Wig:
With the purchase of your new wig, you’ll receive a complimentary care kit, which includes a styrofoam head, a wig grip band, a wig brush, and a bottle of Moroccan® Oil Original Treatment. Additionally, you’ll enjoy three complimentary wash and set services, which can be redeemed for either a same-day service or our 2-day wash and set option. We want to make sure your wig stays in perfect condition!

Return Policy
At Serenity Wig Salon, we take immense pride in crafting custom hairpieces tailored uniquely for each client. Due to the personalized nature of our products and services, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind.

CANCELLATION
POLICY
Cancellation Policy:
At Serenity Wig Salon, we strive to offer exceptional service and dedicate time and resources to ensure our clients receive the best experience. To uphold the quality of our services and accommodate all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy
Appointment Cancellation:
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need of our services. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
No Show or Missed Consultation:
A "no show" for a consultation without prior notice will result in a $50 charge. We value the time of our team and our commitment is to offer the best guidance and service for your specific needs. This charge covers the reserved time and ensures that we can continue providing dedicated attention to all our clients.
Missed Appointment & Wig Sitting:
In the event of a missed appointment where your wig remains with us, and the set falls due to lack of adjustment, a $25 reset fee will be applied on top of any other services performed during your scheduled appointment.
Acknowledgment of Charges:
By scheduling an appointment with Serenity Wig Salon, you agree to our cancellation policy and understand the associated charges in the event of a missed or unattended appointment.

TOUCH-UP POLICY
Color Touch-Up Policy:
At Serenity Wig Salon, we are committed to ensuring you love your color results. That’s why we offer a complimentary color touch-up within two weeks of your initial service for both natural hair and wigs. This service includes minor adjustments to the original color but does not cover major changes.
After the two-week period, any additional color services will be subject to standard pricing based on the requested service.
Wig Repair Touch-Ups:
At Serenity Wig Salon, we stand by the quality of our wig repair services. If any issues arise with your repair, you have two weeks to bring it to our attention for assessment and resolution at no extra cost.
After this period, additional repairs may incur standard service charges. To ensure the best results, please contact us promptly within the specified timeframe.

Cut Touch-Ups:
We’re happy to help with adjustments to your cut within three days of your appointment, at no extra charge. This includes additional trimming, evening out the cut, or thinning. If you’d like a more significant change to the style there will be an additional charge. We’re always here to make sure you love your look!
